Rattle When Start Up

Hi I have a Ford Fiesta 1.5 diesel, on a morning when I 1st start the car I have a rattle like metallic metal sound, it goes off when the car is warm after about 30 mins it comes from the passenger side, it can be heard slightly from out side but can be heard more inside the car like something is rubbing. I think it may be a clutch bearing rattle, what sound does a dual mast flywheel make if faulty, the car has 12000 mile on its been into the dealer who listened to it, and said he would speak to ford not to sure what it it could be and is going to test drive some other diesels, any advice.
