Fiesta Mk6 Engine Change Problems

Featured Replies

Recently put a new engine in my mk6 fiesta. It used to be a 1.25 with engine code fujb1 5baeka. Now my new 1.6 07 plate engine doesn't have the same (similar) engine codes in the same place. Anyone able to tell my or give me an example of what I need to put down on the new v5. Managed to find to sets of numbers on the block one which is FAQ956R or FAO958R and 4M5G6012. Are these right or wrong. Need help with this as cant be arsed with the dvla sending it back again and again. Any help at all would be great. If any more info is needed just shout. Also anyone done this legally before?

The 4M5G 6012 looks like a Ford part number so it won't be that one.
