Full Dress Up Kit Question

Featured Replies

My new car Ive ordered, a titanium x with virtually all the options ticked, has the full dress up kit. As I understand it's side skirts alternative bumpers front and back and a larger rear spoiler, so anyway my question is: does this lower the frame of the car any? I'm hoping not as I live in an area inundated with speed humps and pillows. If anyone knows can you please advise?

Many thanks in advance

Pretty sure not, I think the ZS is the only one lowered (well, and the ST of course). The dress-up kit is just that, a kit to dress it so it looks pretty :)

You'll be fine with the dress up kit. I have it on a Titanium and don't have any problems with speed bumps or kerbs

As the other lads have said you'll be fine as I've no problems with speed humps in my ZS :)

Just about to order the same. Quick question, am I right in saying you can't have the front parking sensors if you have the dress up kit?

Pretty sure yeah... Try the configurator on Ford and see if it lets you :P

You could probably get your dealer to retro fit those though mate

I've just done the same ;)

My question is this. What happened to the tyre deflation system option?

It got deleted, it's now tyre pressure monitors.

How do you get it?

I think it's standard now ( possibly an EU rule).

I couldn't find any reference to it in the new brochure so guessed they'd done away with it.
