Toopoos
Hi all, I'm new to the club so I thought I had better introduce myself...I have an 03 Ka Luxury that my good lady mainly uses, in fact it's 6 years old tomorrow and she is currently off the road for one day as she failed her MOT due to a deteriorated front lower arm however she'll be fixed up again and back on the road on Monday, 22000 miles in Panther Black...Also have an MG ZT-T 160 in BRG as the main family car (1.8 T). vinnyvangough
Hi and welcome to the club mate. I feel i have to apologise for the comment Delboy has made an i feel it is very inappropriate and its comments like this that give the forum a bad name. So again on behalf of other forum members a BIG WELCOME and i hope you do stay around. sowhat you aking for lower arm(wishbone) fords £92.00 approx plus fitting ?? pattern part £20.00 plus fitting fit it yeurself as it's an esy job or you just want to brag about what other car you have? if hats the case i have a ford galaxy ghia ford ka3 witht all the extras & a ford c-max ghia top[ spec lol what are you actually asking for ??????? advice or something >> to be honest i prefer to cycle about to save on fuel & keep myself fit May i ask you Delboy where this reply came from? Nowhere in the introduction did he "ask" for anything!!! From what I and many other members have read, he was just giving a brief introduction and a small statement of where he is at the moment with his car/cars. Maybe you feel the need to "brag" about what cars you have in order to try to make yourself feel a little "bigger" than him by saying you have 1 more car???? Best not play that card as i can honestly say that you will lose out by many numbers of cars owned by other members. Again Toopoos i apologise on the behalf of the forum and to be honest am kind of embarassed by the reply given and feel slightly let down as an admin member as do many other members. delboy
hi tony if it was a genuine ford part (wishbone) then that's a good price as i paid for just the arm & that was £95.00 without fitting. if non ford part then it's still a pretty good price i recon you may find that you may need to replace the other one as they usually go within a few months of each other from experiance.
