new camshaft

hi

i am looking for a bit more power from my 1.4 cvh 1993 escort (cfi, spi).

obviously im not going to be getting stupid power from it , im just looking for a bit more mphhhhhhhhh if u get me lol.

anyway i hav been looking into getting a new camshaft for the time being as i am looking to put an rs turbo engine in it in the near future.

i hav seen that kent cams make 2 sorts for my car one being a FAST ROAD CAM (valve lift -11.4 / 11.0) the other being a ROAD RALLY (valve lift 12.1/11.9) i am a bit stuck on which one to get as i am looking for the one with the best power gain.

another thing is that i am only looking to get the cam as i hav heard that a vernier pulley is a good investment when buying a uprated cam.

i was only realy hoping to buy the cam a money is tight

DOES ANYONE NO IF THE KENT CAM WOULD RUN JUST AS GOOD ON THE STANDARD PULLEY ?
