I took my car for a courtesy check yesterday and when I picked it up, the headrest was jammed forward so it now rests uncomfortably against my head. I took the car back to the garage today and the

employee who had a look at it seemed to think it wasn't adjustable and has ordered me a new one. Does

anyone know if they are in fact adjustable as I can't think they wouldn't be! I have no idea how this

could occur on a simple courtesy check!

    I think the st headrest just slides up and down? Do you mean tilt it?

    I probably didn't explain it very well but yes - tilt. It is jammed forward and the guy that looked at it seemed to think it was broken so ordered a new one so I think you are right in saying that it just slides up and down. Thanks for your response.
