53 Fiesta Electric Window Stuck Down

Window stuck down but still about 10cms of movement up or to the bottom.

Wife said she heard crunching sound when opening it the last time...where've I heard that before?

I've removed the inside door panel, the regulator, speaker, loosened off the electrics but cannot get any further.

It won't budge, do I need to remove the door lock next or have I gone too far and should I just but a new regulator and see if that cures it? Really hacked off now!
