Ford "recommend"

NICE ONE Laurie!
just remember if its got ford on the banner doesn't mean its the cheapest! they all have to do the same stuff but ive noticed Bristol street motors, maklin motors and evan halshaw all ford garages and all charge at a higher price because obviously they have ford on there name so a think people think oh ford they must do it cheapest and must be a standard price ......................not true as you have found out. ive been going to my rapid fit since i started driving and got a good relationship with them and my family have been going alot longer than me and he tells us straight! I recently had my light adjustment checked something ford would have charged 25 for and my local garage (rapid fit) said he had a bit of time 5mins later done and cost.....nothing! always a good way to build up relationships

Over looked this yesterday.

Thanks for the money saving tip.

I drive a company car and have to pay George Osborne £17.69 per week which includes free fuel, servicing, replacement parts, repairs, insurance and full AA cover.

Even the road tax is free!.

Even though the cost is minimal to me, I still dont like my pants being pulled down unless a fit bird is doing it B) .

I'm sure this is common knowledge, but brake fluid is hygroscopic. It absorbs moisture from the atmosphere. Moisture (water) is bad in brake fluid as it can boil when the brakes are used heavily and turn to steam... Meaning a loss of brakes at the time you most need them.

ano the feeling mate lol am tight Anaw (aswell) lol n fit birds skin ye tae lol

Brake fluid is recomended at 2years regardless of mileage, brake fluid absorbs moiture and that reduces the boiling point, modern abs systems with esp etc need a low viscosity brake fluid , so if your getting it done at non ford dealer make sure there using correct fluid and just any dot4 fluid
