Induction Kit Help!!

Need some help deciding on what induction kit would be best for my car, I have a ford fiesta zetec s mk7 1.6 non turbo, I know there is a modification section but getting no replies.

I've always used K&N kits for my Ford's - if they do a fitment for your car it's definitely one to consider.

Or Green Cotton. I have one of their panel filters and it's great !

I was looking at a j1 induction kit but they are really expensive, never heard of green cotton before I'll have a look, I have heard quite a lot about k&n being really good.
