Hi

I know this is not the correct forum but, I use my FOC App a lot on my iPhone and over the last couple of days it has not been working?

When I launch it, I get an on-screen 'system message' with says "tapatalk not enabled" or something very similar and then it won't do anything.

Thinking that the app has got corrupted, I've uninstalled it twice but I still get the same problem.

I've been using the app for years so have no clue what gone wrong? Anyone else having problems with the app?

Mine was same but working now. I did reinstall too but still wasn't working after it. Been all goid since this afternoon. Thison android version though

This is being worked on...bear with :)

Hi all

That's great to hear that they are fixing it.

I've left it off my iPhone for now but will try reinstalling it for a third time later this evening.

I didn't have to reinstall at all, it just started working again

There was an issue with the Tapatalk component of the mobile app which was stopping access to the database, this has now been addressed and hopefully won't re-occur.

And they are going to look into the (lack of) notifications issue :)

ive just got an email telling me you posted in the topic.

When i clicked the link it opened up the topic as a webpage, not the app.

When I used the IOS app I got notifications for a week then they all just stopped. Working again on android with no changed settings

How do you post from the app? I have android and it works fine :)

Ok so app notifications still knackered then. Cheers
