Power Steering Fluid

Featured Replies

Mk6 fiesta flame 2004 (04 plate)

Anyone know much about the fluid to use top up please? I noticed it was low whilst checking oil and screenwash levels. Doesn't appear to be any leaks from first look.

Fiesta handbook says it needs to meet Ford Specification WSA-M2C195-A but when I type this into ford parts uk website it says its red power steering fluid. the fluid doesnt look red inside the power steering filler tank??

Do a complete flush fluid probably black cause in it so long

If the part numbers match then that is the correct fluid. power steering fluid seems to have a habit of going black/dirty looking which could be why it looks different. otherwise it may be that it has been filled with the wrong fluid at some point.
