AMW Posted January 29, 2015 Share Posted January 29, 2015 My 04 plate 2.5 turbo Ranger will not stay in fifth gear just pop straight out Ok in all the other gears. No noise or vibration. jeebowhite Posted February 1, 2015 Share Posted February 1, 2015 Sounds to me like a synchro issue, either way unless you are exceptional with a spanner, I would say get it in to a garage, probably best its a transmission specialist...
