I Have Bluetooth But No Usb Port

Featured Replies

In my 59 plate firsta, I was told it had bluetooth when I got it. I am able to connect my phone for calls via Bluetooth, and in the audio menu there is an option for Bluetooth audio but it won't connect.

It isn't a big deal to me just a minor inconvenience, could I add one?

Thanks

For the sub you just need the loom which splits into aux and usb. You will also need the fascia which has two port. eBay at aroun £70 would do the job

So it's just plug and play?

On the mark 7s how many head unit options where there?

Thanks

I read that there are three:

Standard, Bluetooth and Bluetooth usb

I just have the Bluetooth hands free but not the usb

Would adding a usb require programming, new head unit or just plug the loom in?

Thanks

You need to buy the loom from anywhere you can find. Then just take the stereo out, put the newly bought wire loom and pass the usb cable next to the aux cable.

When all is done, you need to download the software from ford and install via a usb stick

If i were you, I would still go to a local dealer and check out prices and possibly installation.
