The connection is completely dead for my sat nav. My bro in law checked fuse r30 which it states is the one under give box according to handbook. Fuse tested and in tact. Tried to get the unit out but it part comes free but then is jammed solid. How do you remove the unit to check wiring? On lighter socket?

Also audio controls on steering wheel very intermittently working. Sometimes yes sometimes no? I read up and tried the middle button mode selector but nothing seems to work then it just works other times. Am I not doing something right?

    Try fuse 22., 4th row up, 3rd in from right

    Hi according to handbook mine is type 2 fuse box and says no 30. 22 is unused. 22 is on type 1 fuse box?? Tried 30 nothing wrong with fuse on meter. Thought it may be connection but it comes part way out then jammed solid.
