    Apparently its not compulsory to have a dash cam in russia , but there's so many bent coppers taking bribes an hit and runs ect that almost every Russian driver has a dash cam , the courts over there cleared any obstacles making dash camera footage submissable in court , but they all seem to drive like idiots anyway so it makes sense to have one
