Sent from my SM-G930F using Tapatalk I remember on police interceptors they stopped someone in a skoda fabia as they thought to believe he was carrying drugs. Stopped the guy and easily could tell the guy was alright which led them to believe the actual car they were looking for may have had cloned plates. They stuck a sticker on the back of the car with this phrase to let the police know its not this car if they spot him again.
Lenny
I don't like when the lace on your safety boot snaps just as your walking through work first thing in the morning, It eradicated my morrall much like a power failure during a Coldplay Concert. 😟
zain611
Leaving hospital and coming back to this 🙄. Waited 2 minutes to see if anyone comes and no luck so decided to move back and forth to get closer to the parked car on the left so that can give space for the wheel to do a full turn and go over the kurb on the right.

I do - the paintwork gets aquawaxed after every other wash and the wheels get sealed too 👍

I don't like adverts so switch to a BBC channel for 3-5 minutes when they come on... Often find I'm watching a different programme when switching back as I was previously on Dave Ja Vu or ITV2+1-5x4 etc... On a similar note though, I don't like losing DAB signal at home again, both radios, seems to happen this time every year. I guess it's the weather but it's unlistenable atm. TomsFocus
I don't like the fluro tube above my bed flickering ominously for the last few nights... Any idea if there's a more efficient replacement for fluro tubes (LED I'm guessing?) and where's cheapest to buy one? This is probably @Lenny area tbh! Its a T4 apparently, I'm much more familiar with the VW T4 myself.

Yeah...you definitely don't want to replace a tube light with a van...not the most efficient 😁

I've had bulbs and tubes from here a couple of times but I couldn't see T4s anywhere on their site. https://www.ledhut.co.uk Failing that, amazon?

Its mainly impatience that drives people into driving like an idiot. They fine us for doing things which most of the time doesn't affect others like speeding or going through a no entry but people who intentionally push in or tailgate don't get punished. I'm also wondering what car you have that deters bad drivers 🤣 Too right, there needs to be some sort of punishment for drivers who act like that. It's ridiculous. Speaking on the matter actually, my girlfriend was in a 4-car car crash somewhere along the A19 yesterday, all because of a tailgater. Needless to say I was livid when I found out. And for some reason you typically fall victim to tailgating a lot less when driving a sportier car. I'm not saying I'm exempt, but people seem to do it less nowadays. It's just an ST-2 that I drive now, deters a lot more tailgaters than my old banger did way back in the day haha.

Ive tried all my reliable sources and i can't find T4 led replacement anywhere mate, i can see T5, T6 and T8 but not T4 https://www.efficientlight.co.uk/light-bulbs/fluorescent-tubes/led-tubes.html?p=3 Also aside from being led they would also need to be ballast compatible otherwise there's a bit of wiring involved and makes it difficult to go back to standard florescent if you were needing to replace it in a hurry in the future; and led wasn't easily available when required; you would be left in the dark until the specific one arrived. Which is why I would choose the ballast compatible version every time there a straight swap. Try contacting these directly to enquire about direct replacement ballast compatible T4, I've purchased my JCC led downlights from them https://electricalsupplies.co.uk/?SID=1l7nr87792hlbec1k655v03oh3
TomsFocus
Thanks guys, I wonder why the T4 isn't easily available in LED... It popped last night so I'll have to try and find one locally today, looks like I'll have to stick with fluro this time.

Only reason I can think is perhaps there deemed to be most efficient already, but there's even an led replacement available for the fridge these days ☺ I've fitted one, bought in Tesco, had Tesco packaging but Osram printed on the bulb. I'll keep looking for the T4 as it's bugging me now lol

I've since read online that T4 isn't a standardised size, so you have to buy the manufacturers own tube as others are slightly different sizes... I'm going to try a couple of specialist electrical shops this afternoon but won't hold out much hope. Will have to pay quite a bit for delivery and wait until the middle of next week if I one order online.

TomsFocus
I did find one at a local independent electrical shop. Cost more than buying online would've done which is a bit annoying but at least I'm not going to risk losing my shin trying to get to bed in the dark after switching the main light off again.
Turvey
I think I'm now remembering my T4 bulb episode 🤔 In the garage of our newly built house were 2 fluorescent light fittings. One had a single tube and the other had 2. The single one, after a couple of years, started to be slow to light, so I investigated getting an LED replacement and getting replacements for the double one for when it was needed. Getting the single one was no problem but after a lot of unsuccesful searching I figured out it would have been better buying a whole new fitting 🙄 So, new single LED one is still shining bright but the double ones are starting to flicker. If we weren't moving in a fortnight I would seriously consider replacing with something I could put an LED in.
