hi, iv got a mk7 1.6 diesel titanium fiesta, wanting to mod it in a few ways, I was wondering if you can swap an ST 6 speed box for the pre-existing 5 speed box I currently have.

and can you put a focus turbo onto the smaller one sued already for a power upgrade?
