Jakeeyy_fiesta
Have a look at the back where you exhaust sits and check above that the heat plate hasn't dropped. Sent from my iPhone using Ford OC

Jakeeyy_fiesta
I can't see you changing the exhaust would be an issue, did you check your heat tray hasn't dropped? Sent from my iPad using Ford OC

Paramanic
Look under car and above the exhaust is a foil is it resting on the exhaust or is it still attached to large washers with bolts

Sagee
if it was knocking how would fit the exhaust problem?
Paramanic
Usually some of them rust or come away from the existing bolt what you do is get a bigger washer and pin it back up or if a remember what a did was a got 2 2p coins put it under the large washer already there from before and wedged them in and tightened it so it wouldn't move lol a common thing in mk6
