Car Wont Start After Using Egr Cleaner

Hi, please can someone help. i was spraying some egr valve cleaner(link at top of page) through the air intake as instructed on the can. i accidently sprayed too much the car over rev and a big black ball of soot shot of the exhaust pipe. then the car stalked and now it wouldn't start. It's cranking but not turning over. please can someone help

im sure someone else reported this very recently as well....

Does the car start with you turning it over and spraying in more egr cleaner?

Hi, tried starting with easy start no luck. Car just cranking but wont turnover. AA bloke checked fuel no air checked fuses all ok. He was puzzled him selve.

was the cleaner sprayed into the air intake before or after the sensor?

Could be the egr has clogged the sensor, maybe blast it with electrical contact cleaner?
