Problems with Kuga

I have been very patient, but enough is enough!!

I have left a message for the owner of Hoffeldt Auto
in Bronkhorstspruit, Mr. Robert Hoffeld, at 08:11 this morning. If I don’t hear
back from him, or Ford South Africa (Ford UK) with a satisfactory and adequate replacement
transaction (and NOT the insult of
an offer sent to me by Lou Erasmus on Friday (6March) afternoon) by 17:00 this
afternoon the following will happen.

This is what I will be putting on EVERY website, blog, forum, Hellopeter, etc., I can find that will
accept the post. I have already registered on numerous blogs and forums, both
in SA and Internationally. I will also be placing several advertisements, both
local and national, to very strongly get my point across!:

“I bought a Ford Kuga 1.6 AWD Titanium A/T for my wife
in May 2014. From the very first week I called the Dealer Principle, Lou
Erasmus, to complain about the cars fuel consumption. Now, almost a year later,
and with the utmost patience from my side, I am fed up! Finished!

How is it possible that a 1.6 litre vehicle, with today’s
technology, gives you an average of 15,63 l/100km over the last 12 full tanks
of petrol? I tested it myself every time. The last tank = 16.76 l/100km. This
is when they publish, on the Ford website, and advertise in the vehicle's
brochure, a fuel consumption of 7,7 l/100km????

There is no way that I am accepting this!!

One of the main reasons for buying the car in the
first place was because if it's fuel consumption.

Car has been tested by Hoffeldt Auto, Lazarus Ford and
Ford SA with an official letter from Ford SA that there
is nothing wrong with the car?

NOTHING WRONG WITH 15,63 L/100KM????? You have to be joking!

Stay away from FORD and stay away from Hoffeldt Auto!!”

I have also asked, since beginning of January 2015,
for the report from the Ford Engineers, on the testing done on the car in
December 2015. I have yet to receive anything. What are you hiding??
