So I'm thinking now the weather is getting much better I thought it would be a good idea to have a meet all are very welcome to come the more the better and we can try and make this a monthly thing!! So I was think of having the meet on the 12/4/15 at krispy kreme by the Trafford centre so we can get some donuts and have a chat!! Would be really good to meet some of you guys and to see you cars!! I might be up for this if we get some more people interested, it's not too far for me to drive from Leeds :). And I remember there was another thread some time last year talking about Manchester meets, around the same place too I think.

Surely you could drive over there if you have someone with you, and I think you can take your L plates off when you get into the car park because you're on private land :). I could be wrong about that last part but I think the rule about L plates only applies on public highways.

The car park would be a public highway as it is open to the public.

Yeah I think you're right, but I can't see there being a problem with not displaying the L plates while the car is parked.
