Clunking Noise When Use Clutch And Break Pedal

my focus makes a clunking noise when i use the clutch and brake pedal It's not all the time normaly first time using pedals after starting car up and then now and again while driving it's as if something is getting stuck once the pedal is pressed then releasing hard with a clunk a few seconds later, sounds as if it's coming from engine Bay Area is this normal if not any ideas what it is and how to stop it thanks guys

Could be a gearbox mount truth is you wont know till you get underneath gearbox noun engine mount and all suspension related parts need checked
