On the old car but didn't fit properly / too short.

I've asked DMB about another set but no reply yet.

Got a quote yesterday from a firm that holds the licence to make these and quoted me £115 which was ridiculous but that was without VAT :o

Any ST owners with these stripes? Post up a picture.

Definitely a difference in length. My picture has the stripes masking taped on so looks like its too far forward.

If you can wait till tomorrow then yes, lol. Bottom edge and from front of door to top of stripe before rear wheel arch?

You should be able to increase the gaps in the rear section slightly to suit.

Bottom to Bottom / Top to Top if possible Mark.

I don't have the stripes now but reckon they were 4 inches / 10cm too short.

I'm gunna use the measurements and get onto DMB again.

We're they genuine Mountune stripes or made by DMB with a Mountune logo?

Other DMB strioes I seen have all looked like the are too short, as if they've stooped short to avoid the stripe looking distorted where the arch starts to flare out.

And yes I'll measure them tomorrow.

DMB mate. I queried it and was told that's how they come. This was about a year ago now.

Thanks for doing that :)

When I mentioned how much I'd paid for the stripe to the guy fitting it, he said that the price was about righ because of the material and the time making a template, they must be cut in such a way that the appear to be straight even on curved bodywork.

Along the bottom edge is 1655mm

Along the top edge is 1690mm ( from the top of the tapered section to the back)

Tapered section is 50mm
