Strange Clicking Sound 16Tdci

I have a 16tdci and has developed a weid clicking sound. When I start up from cold after about 3 seconds there's a clicking sound coming from somewhere behind the radio/heater it lasts for no more than 2 seconds stops . I'getting no warning lights and everything works as its supposed to do. I can turn off the engine, start up again and thers no clicking. Has anybody else had this or knows whats causing it. Last weeek I lost all my pre set radio stations and had to re tune are the 2 connected

    Do you have climate control fitted? If so it may be the sensor
