alexh89
Hi guys. I've been contemplating getting some tuning done for some time. I was looking at the Mountune 140 package but was wondering if there's a less expensive way to achieve similar power gains or better. I'm quite tempted by a Milltek exhaust and K&N induction kit and maybe a remap. What do you guys think?

Willy
Ahh your a bit buggered then ;) This is all I can find for now http://www.mybluefin.co.uk/search?make=9&fueltype=1&model=1&variant=2303 Hardware upgrades http://www.pumaspeed.co.uk/car-Fiesta-Mk7-Zetec-S1600_1_43.jsp
alexh89
I wish I had a turbo lol, so much better power gains for less money. Just found the pumaspeed kit and it's £1700 fully fitted! For a 20bhp increase! I don't think I'll bother and just wait til I've paid the car off and get an st lol
MattDRX
^ Best option tbh, just wait until you can get rid and get something else, used Focus ST's seem to go for nothing these days, crap on fuel but if you can get a 55 plate ( half the tax ) they'll beat most cars on the road and can be modded to slay pretty much any car that cost under 60k new quite easily. MONDEO TXS 2.2
32 m.p.g. so far from our Focus ST
MattDRX
But that's the new engine isn't it? the older ones barely manage 25MPG. have to say I think if you're getting that it's technically better than the Fiesta ST's economy going by most posts, they seem to be doing 30ish and less power and the Focus weighs more, quite good tbh. MONDEO TXS 2.2
Yes Matt, it's 2015 2.0 petrol, not really '' loosened up '' yet with just 670 miles clocked, am content with anything over 30 m.p.g. t.b.h. :)
