Fan Or Pump Running After Ignition Off - Red Edition

Hi, I have only had my car for a couple of months, only just gone past 1100 miles, but I have noticed a few times that stopping there is a fan (or pump) still running after the engine has stopped, it runs for a good 5 minutes. First time I noticed it, I popped the bonnet to check, and I could see the coolant was bubbling so presumed it was some built in cooling thing. However it was only 18 degrees today (not complaining, but it's hardly July temperatures) and I hadn't thrashed it home (17 miles, country roads, with traffic), is this normal? Do other owners have this?

Its normal

Also leave ur car running on idle a wee bit so it doesn't mess up the turbo with pressure

Before turning it off

Mine does it. Seems to run coolant to the turbo from what I can make out.

The car is mental basically. We parked up today for a short time while having a drink and a short time after everything was off, something in the dash moves or closes or something. I've heard it before but haven't figured what it is yet.

It moves to the closed position until you get back in. Keeps the elements out I guess.
