Got my Halfords discount card(s) and unfortunately left them in the envelope then found myself in Halfords. I asked the guy about their 15% discount for FOC members and he said he had no knowledge of this and indeed nor had his store manager (Yeovil - Houndstone).

My fault for leaving the card at home but I was surprised with their lack of knowledge. Next time I go in with my card I hope they realise that I am entitled to a discount :(

Seeing as they're issued by Halfords themselves you'll have no problems.

If the store is ignorant of the card there is a number for their Business Services Department on the back of the card.

I've used mine at 3 different stores and they'd never seen or heard of them. They also have to manually work out the discount. Most of the time they guess which has worked to my advantage so far ;)

My local had no clue same as post above after 10 mins they gave up and just manually entered the discount

used it that much its payed for itself!!! lol and everytime never seen on before just say put it under as a coupon
