My 52 plate fiesta 1.3 lx had been sitting for about 1 month. went out to start it and the battery was flat. Recharged the battery put it back in. Remote key fob wasnt working. Put the key in the door .That did'nt open all the doors just the one the key was in. Put key in the ignition and turned it .The digital fuel guage was shooting up and down was also making a noise when doing this. I turned it back of then tried again. Nothing this time.The only light that comes on when the key is turned is the oil light. The electric windows dont work. The radio comes on but theres no sound.

I hope someone can make some sense of my description :) and my car problem.

The battery may be dead. Have you checked its got water in? Tried Jump starting it?

The gauges sweeping happens whenever the battery has either been flat or disconnected. The Windows use quite a lot of current so could be the reason they're not working. You could also have blown a few fuses if you weren't careful removing the battery, its worth checking both the engine bay fuse box and the glove box one

Does the immobilizer light do anything when youb turn the igntion on? The immobiliser flashes very fast when it has activated, but it only stops the engine from starting. It doesnt prevent anytging else

No the light stays the same. I had checked this already

Right well your immobliser isn't the problem then.. sort of good news as they're a ba5tard to deal with
