Father inlaw passed away, work has been very touch and go, long hours covering people and redundancies, health not been so good, but i'm ok now. Also been doing a hell of a lot of decorating and house Mods.

Moving up a level in work, in two weeks when i get back from holiday after next week, more to the side of Product capacity , planning, chasing , and more on the health and safety side and away from direct supervision of the guys and more to instructing and helping out the current supervisors to release pressure from them so they can focus more on their rolls. Not sure of the future in that position thought, higher you go the faster you fall !
