Hi everyone I have a 14 play fiesta and it had a menu option that says ford applications. What is this and how would I get apps for it?

You can add a few apps to your phone and sort of control them from your car. Spotify is one of them. Just Google ford sync apps. I personally don't think they are very good once u get past the novelty value, though I don't have enough data to run spotify.

Notice there's a live scores one now. Might give that a try, though footie season nearly over

Radio Player is another one - so you can have Radio Caroline in your car!

It will eat into your phones data usage

The live scores app seems to work ok ish. On Road home from work I picked 2 random games that happened to be playing in another country. I was listening to the radio and it popped up on screen and spoke that it was half time and told me the scores.

Only thing was that menu button 2 said clear and didn't seem to clear it.

Looks to be about the most useful one for me so far.

Wish navmii my sat navigation would link into that so the directions also came through if listening to radio and not just bluetooth.

Care to explain little more, does your Sync list spotify under the apps?

Have your tried re search apps when spotify all ready is running and playing in your phone?

Tried disable&enable the bluetooth of the phone?

Before master reset and sync re-install mines sometimes when starting the car, failed to start spotify and lost it from the apps list, but cycling the phone bt helped. Finally it stopped showing the artist&song info, so i master reseted the sync.

This footie one works quite well.

It's the sync woman who reads the scores out.
