    I have upgraded matts, I didn't think I could upgrade the stereo in the fiesta zetec s, where can I get the gear stick and handbrake knobs from ?

    I'm looking at getting my interior wrapped wasn't too sure about hydro dipping someone told me it peels but don't know whether they just got there's some by someone who doesn't know what they doing.

    Yeh they probli just had a crap job done to be honest. Hydro dipping when done properly is just as good as painting. It gets primed before dipped and then lacquered on the top to protect and glossify it.

    I thought that I have been qouted £200 to have my roof, wing mirrors and interior plastics hydro dipped didn't know whether it was a good price. What colour would you go for inside?

    Seems a good price, normally around 125/150 for roof and mirrors so 50/75 for the interior isn't too bad.

    What colours your car ?

    My car is red, I was thinking a gloss red didn't know whether it would look tacky though.

    A nice candy red maybe ? Or gloss black, even carbon fibre if you fancied.

    But definately gloss black or satin black for the roof and mirrors

    I have hydrodipped wing mirrors, centre console and interior door handles. Done by Race customs in Manchester. On the back it wasn't sprayed with a base coat or laqcuered, just folder over film and I find that impossible to remove! Never mind with a base coat and clearcoat!!

    I recommend it!! As for your roof I'd have thought they quoted you for wrapping as dipping the car upside down would cost alot.. ;) haha!

    Yeah I meant to put wrapped lol, it would be pretty impressive though if they did turn the car upside down ha. I've just booked in to have the roof and wing mirrors wrapped then I'm booking in to have my interior plastics done in candy red :-)
