Just seeing if anyone has any advice on changing alloys from 195/50 r15 to 205/40 r17. As I said just seeing if anyone knows if it would effect the car massively, mainly the speedo. Cheers

    Do a search on the web for tyre size calculators, you'll be able to put in all sorts of combinations of tyre sizes and get a figure for speedo error for each in comparison to your original sizes.

    Course this doesn't always translate directly to real figures as different manufacturers tyres can vary in actual size.

    Ah lovely cheers, says it's roughly 2mph faster than what the speedo would say at 65
