Ford Fiests Mk6 Tdci Constantly Blowing Out Hot Air

My ford fiesta is contabky blowing out hot air even if the fan or heater is off there is also no ac any ideas ?

Heater control valve maybe?

Also, the lack of AC could point to 1.) Failed AC component 2.) Leak in the system 3.)lack of gas

4.) Fuse/relay or other electrical issue.

Hi all thanks but I've managed to get it fixed it was the actual climate unit the heater bit was *stuck* on heat

They had to open it up and just clip it back in place

Had the same problem with mine..

Well, I took the unit off to send the dash off to be hydrodipped! Then couldn't get the connector back in :)

Well it was a quick fix other mechanics said it was a thermostat or matrix

If the matrix had gone it would either be blocked or leaking. If leaking, you'd know about it

If it had fallen out then the heater control won't have been doing anything... So hopefully not just a quick fix? Mines been fine ever since I properly clicked it in
