Stoney871
Searching the parts system using your registration will only call up standard parts on your car. Using the reg from a car with the parts spec you want will pull up the different parts. Find a ZS or Titanium x car with factory DRL's fitted, crib the reg or VIN and take that to Ford. I would trawl my Microcat programme for you but unfortunately it is technically date expired and only shows up to the pfl mk3.
alexp999
Don't use a Titanium X, that has Xenons and are a different cluster. You only want a reg from: Zetec S Zetec with Appearance Pack Titanium with Appearance Pack You should also be able to use an ST-2, but I'd stick with the above personally, just in case there are any differences.
Rob89
I just posted a request to Fordpartsuk. This is frustrating.Could I just call my dealership service department or another Ford place and ask? I have a reg from a Zetec with the pack on.

alexp999
Yes, any dealers service department can lookup the part based on the reg. :)
Rob89
I got in touch with another local Ford dealer. They are looking into it.Do you think it will be a whole headlamp replacement or just add the LEDs into the current ones seeing as they look to be the same headlamps. alexp999
Whole headlight cluster will need to be replaced. They can re-use the bulbs though, lol.

Rob89
I got priced up from my Local which was £297 per cluster, £97 per loom I believe he said. But he isn't sure if it needs extra wires as they'll need to look into the car first. That price is before labour.

alexp999
They look like the right ones. Only thing you need is for a dealer to check all wiring that is required is present. If it is should just be a case of connecting them up, setting up the aim and turning the setting on in IDS.
Rob89
Yep, the dealership is going to have a look when they have the car on the ramp before they can hand it over to me.I'll post here what they say.

Rob89
Well just out of pure luck and I think it's meant to be. A Titanium X in Blue went up for sale late last night and I just secured it. LED lights and Bi-xenons plus more. Happy.
