H8XME
Hello all I picked up my new focus over a week ago now. First impressions were good, but when you start checking the car over you notice things. First off on collection one big clear coat scratch near the drivers door handle. Then I noticed a gap was bigger on on one side of the side skirts between the wing, so I checked under the car and for some reason it's been jacked up and the side skirt was all twisted up and stuck. Also on arrival from picking it up I noticed two stone chips on the alloys. When you buy a new car I'd expect it to be mint. Moan over If I take It back I bet they will some how make is worse. The Dark Knight
If its brand new, it will be straightforward but if it is used or even ex-demo, some wear and tear is expected.

MONDEO TXS 2.2
Take it back asap or the stealer may say the damage has been caused since the purchase
The Dark Knight
Luckily, the dealer has to prove it was perfect when handed over to you rather than you having to prove it wasn't.
H8XME
The grief of not having a car will out way their skill to fix the problems I think.
