Rf Receiver Location?

Featured Replies

Evening All,

Does anyone know the location of the central locking/keyless RF receiver on the Mk2 Focus/Kuga?

Is it in the roof? It is hard to tell from the workshop manual?

Thanks in advance.

Ben

It's behind the left side boot panel.

You need to remove the left side panel, C pillar cover and left side parcel shelf support.

Isn't that where the keyless module (KVM) is?

Found it, it is in the roof, next to the interior light.

Hello,

The dealer told me that my Radio Frequency receiver.is damaged and asks $800  to change it. If I understand correctly it is in the roof, above the interior light. Can you help me understand how to reach it without breaking the plastics of interior lights?
