Hgvian
Hi new member hoping for help, I have a 2005 Ford Focus titanium 1.6 115 beds Eml came on fuse blown on o2 sensor circuit, replaced fuse all wiring seemed OK unplugged front sensor ran engine fuse blew again, plugged front sensor in unplugged rear sensor good for a few miles then blew again. I plugged both sensors back in and put a higher amp fuse it was good again for a few miles and Mel came back on with codes p0057 and p0156, any ideas is it just a faulty sensor, if so which one or both? Any ideas. Thanks Ian
MONDEO TXS 2.2
Take the higher amperage fuse out a.s.a.p. & replace with the correct amperage fuse or your car may catch fire
MONDEO TXS 2.2
Both codes relate to o2 sensor malfunction
Hgvian
Do you think wiring fault or sensor if sensor front or rear? Or both?
MONDEO TXS 2.2
Hard to tell remotely . . . the 1st code points to sensor 2 bank 2 . . . & the 2nd code seems to point at rear sensor Google the codes & you'll find out more quicker than I can type here
