do's anyone know how high off the ground the a 2002 ford focus estate is ? 

have a feeling mine has been lowerd

Other websites appear to say between 67 - 69cm on standard 'shocks'. (I'm assuming that's measuring to the wheel arch.)

this will vary - have you got 16" wheels or bigger?

the only of checking if you have lowering springs is to physically check them.

thanks :) took a look today and there standard also i only have 15 inch wheels.
