CJMathie83 Posted February 29, 2016 Share Posted February 29, 2016 I have recently bought a 1.6 Mk 4 Escort which has the CVH engine in it. The person who owned the car before me thought that putting twin 40's webber carbs would be a great idea, However they don't seem to be set up right and I have decided that as the car is nearly mint and only got 36k on the clock I would rather put the carbs and inlet manifold back to standard. One of my friends has an inlet manifold and carb off of a 1.4 sitting around. Does any one know if this would fit onto the 1.6 and if it fits would t work?
