EML but nothing seems to be wrong

Hi my EML has been on for some time but the car is driving like a dream... I plugged in an OBD2 machine that I got from eBay and apparently I have a low threshhold on Bank 1.

I looked at the freeze frame readings the machine provided and im wondering if the car needs a new fuel filter as I have changed both O2 Sensors, weird because the car drives lovely.

Any ideas? Cheers
