"juddering" under load

Hi everyone, I have a 2008 MK2.5 1.8TDCi Focus and have started to notice an odd 'juddering' issue when the car is under load (say going up a hill in 4th or 5th). Normally it's a lot smoother but recently under acceleration up a hill etc it's started to judder, you can feel it through the wheel, the pedals and just generally in the car. I've had the clutch and flywheel replaced this week (separate issue) and I got the fuel filter replaced at the same time to see if it was an issue there but still nothing.

Any ideas or has anyone experienced anything similar?

Thanks.

Look up DMF (Dual Mass Flywheel) and see if the fault descriptions match yours.

I have had a look around and have seen a number of people mention it could be a bad flywheel, but like I said, I have just had that entire assembly replaced this week due to a separate issue. Seen a few other people mention cracked intercooler pipes but it's had that replaced in the last year as well. It did have an injector leak recently that I had fixed, but I would have thought if there was an issue there I would have seen it straight after having it replaced?
