ajzetecs
Bit of advice please, what are the pros and cons of removing cat and silencer on 1.8 tdci , really think me exhaust system need a bit better nosie, not expecting it to sound like a st/rs. Currently sounds like blowing down a pipe. Has anyone got any videos or links with somebody with both removed
jinjoh_ninjoh
I removed the cat on my 1.6 petrol and it sounded great, I also have the decat manifold for sale but wouldn't be able to tell you if it would fit a diesel. TomsFocus
If you empty the cat and weld it up on top how will they see it? It'll be horrible with a straight through unless you like tractors and droning on the motorway though lol, would keep one box myself.
