Hi.I want to put safety/warning  lights to my door panel ,is there anyway to have power from inside the door or i have to power them from the footlights or from the roof interior lights (like the photo) when the door open?

simplest method would be to take a feed from the footwell lights that way they come on with the door open go off when closed you will need to remove the metal door panel though and IDE feed the wires through the rubber

i was hopping to avoid this , i mean not to pass the wires through the rubber because i need to remove the door and do a hole like the russian guy in the photo ,too much work. From outside the rubber door it is not that good

it should be okay on the outside I'm just picky about hiding wires lol but tapping to the footwell lights will be easy
