Sharpstuff
Hoping someone on here can give me some advice.. My S-MAX has developed an intermittant fault when cold, under moderate accelleration when cold the car judders, much like a misfire. If I got easy on the throttle it doesn't do it. After about five minutes of driving it's fine, and if I park for 30 mins and come back to the car it's still fine. Have checked for fault codes and nothing is reported. A couple of weeks ago I was a bit enthusiastic pulling away, starting it up, into drive and pulling away within a few seconds and a warning came up 'Limited Transmission Function', but this went away after a restart. Had the gearbox oil level checked and it's fine. Thanks for reading and if anyone can offer any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Cheers, J
