Bought a 61 plate 1.6 ecoboost and 4 days later the active grill failed and the car over heated. End result was a damaged head according to Ford. Tonight however I'm back in a 1.6 ecoboost after a week in a Honda Jazz (horrible horrible cars). Luckily the showroom found me another 1.6 and swapped me into it rather than fixing the damaged one. AaronF Posted April 5, 2016 Share Posted April 5, 2016 Guess you're glad that nightmare is over! I've just bought a 62 plate Ecoboost so fingers crossed, just about to pass the 5 day mark aha.
