I have the Nokia bluetooth module still in my car not taken it out yet, as I upgraded my stereo it's not in use. I have a 2010 Focus with the Sony head unit/dab so see if my one will work in yours, it's the one behind the glove box? If it works then PM me and we can talk prices

I am a bit of a noob with these things, I don't know if it would work, I had the standard 6000CD unit in my car (no bluetooth) Focus 1.8 tdci Zetec

the unit I have now is from my daughters car 2009 Focus Titanium see images above, would I just plug the module into the back of the head unit

The bluetooth module is under the glove box. Somewhere.... I need to find it. You have to remove the glove box and see if the wiring is there to connect it to your loom. It'll be taped up behind it with a plug on the end. I'll have a look later to see if I can easily remove mine.

thanks,

my Zetec wont have a BT loom so would need the wiring to go from the module to the back of the head unit I presume

I think the loom will be the same in every car. Because the bluetooth goes into the block that goes into the headunit. It's not a separate connection:
