Enduser
If, like my car of a similar spec, you have a Sony radio, there should be a button just above the Red triangular hazard warning light switch. It has a picture of a padlock on it, and when the doors are locked, which you will hear, a tiny yellow light in the switch illuminates. simcor
You should be able to have autolocking enabled with a diagnostics session, or with a modified elm327 interface and elmconfig.
Wangarai
Exactly what Simcor has said - a modified Elm327 cable and Elmconfig - I did this for my wife's Mk2.5 and my Mondeo Mk4.5. The cable I purchased from eBay was about £15, absolute bargain. I did have to do a bit of reading of forums to understand what to do with the Elmconfig but it's pretty straight forward :)
