Rocker Cover Gasket.

hi, recently bought my first Focus. A 2008 1.6 Zetec petrol. Had the cam-belt done straight away, no problems. The guy told me there was a leak from the rocker cover gasket. When I got home and looked at the receipts that came with the car, I found that since 2012 it 's had 4 rocker cover gaskets! I haven't got a receipt for a new rocker cover, so I'm assuming that maybe that's where the problem lies. Anybody else had this problem? Thanks.

if its a ti vct 115bhp its a common issue due to the angle it sits at replacing the rocker cover can sometimes fix it using instant gasket before putting the gasket in place can also help

Pattern rocker cover gaskets are known to leak quite often, buy a genuine one and it wont leak.
