2015 focus tailgaite drain holes question

Alright guys so Looking at my tailgate today and the 3 drains what run along the bottom 2 of them are covered with clear tape should i take these off?And if u guys can check ur cars please. Thankyou

    Yeah, got two taped on mine as well.. Only the right hand side hole is clear

    I think ill take mine off it cant be good blocking the holes

    Yeah, open up the tailgate and their underneath, 3 enlarge holes..

    Surely these would be taken off as part of the pdi

    Yeh ive heard that too. I would be fuming lol, well i took little stickers off i cant think of any logical reason they would be on there and a waist of time asking dealers i very much dout if they have any idea

    I admit it is wierd ive seen another one with the same and loads of mk3 prefacelift has not got them on.

    I have the same problem with mine, 

    Left and right side covered with plastic tape,

    Can't see any logical reason as to why they would be covered if they're meant for drainage purposes
