Hi all.
After I try to replace my glogplugs, the head of one of the plug would not come out.
So try I drilled it out, but can't get the pices up by the injector hole.
Im now decide to remote the head and fix it.
Does anyone know a guide to remote the head on the 1.6 TDCI (PSA) engine ?

Thanks :)
(Hobe my english is OK)

Get a Haynes manual, there is a lot to it by the sounds of it

PSA managed to get just about everything bar the sump on top of the engine

PDF Haynes manual.

It is a very involved job to remove the cylinder head, requiring removal of the turbo, exhaust, injectors, glow plugs, loosening the alternator, draining the coolant etc. But you need to remove anything above the head first also, so fuel rail, fuel filter, crankcase cover and camshafts by a quick look at the haynes manual.

big job and was to bugger up if you're not carefull and a lot of new parts to buy putting it back together tends to throw up issues
